Um, you do realize that starting a new thread complaining that you’re sick of hearing about MTH and their lawsuits is only going to start even more discussion about MTH and their lawsuits?

Other than Lionel are they suing anyone else now?
Personally, it just gives me plenty practice and reason to argue. LOL
Why must MTH be a subject of discussion on this forum? Mike has produced one, count it-1, K4 in pre-,post-war,and undecorated versions. Then MTH announced a new control system for HO.
This is the mouse that roared. It would appear that there is dwindling success in O as the major player has not folded their tent and capitulated to Mikey.
If such small and shallow attempt at addressing this segment of the hobby rates the voluminous and boistrous discussions it has received, then other manufacturer’s should assuredly cut back on their product introductions or receive a proportionate number of accolades on this and other forums.
