MTH Non Warranty Repairs

I was wondering if anyone has an non-warranty repair pending at MTH in Columbia MD at the present time? The reason for asking is that I have, at the current moment, 3 engines with 2 different RA#'s there. The 1st RA(repair authorization) was accepted on Sept 24th 2014. I have sent many engines for non warranty repairs there in the past but have never experienced this long of a wait time. When I did call about 10 days ago, the lady did hint around that something did happened to cause this long delay but did not give any details. So My question is, does anybody else currently have a non warranty repair pending at MTH in Maryland?

Bad taste in the mouth…not a good way to get repeat customers.

I know what you mean. I do want to say that this has never happen before and the work has always been good. But looking back I find myself thinking that I needed to send a lot of engines to them for repairs. At first I overlooked that because I thought highly of their engines. But now, like you said Dave, it’s surely leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
