Welcome Wes!
Try checking online auction sites. Prices change throughout the year, and these sites may be a good barometer for the price. Remember one that sold yesterday, may not sell for the same price tomorrow.

The original list price would be a starting point, but since these were made in 1998, I believe, you’ll also want to factor in whether they are the horn or Proto-1 version.
Many thanks for the helpful replies! The NIB Railking ABA F-3 Pennsylvania units were bought in 1999(?). I don’t recall what the price was and hoping to find out a range of values or starting price in which to dispose of them. The powered A unit has TWO flywheel equipped motors and traction tires, DCRU electronic reversing by QSI, and an electronic horn. AA #'s are 30-2130 & 30-2131. The B unit is #30-2132. Going to a train show this weekend and would REALLY like to find them a new home. If anyone has an old MTH priceguide, I’d would welcome any information or suggestions. Many thanks again for all your help & suggestions.

the 30-2130-0 AA set(horn only) is from1998, MSRP 180$. The 30-2132 B unit is MSRP 60$. you probably should price them below MSRP by at least 15 %–probably 20%.
