Did you see this one? http://borgman.enquirer.com/weekly/daily_html/1997/09/091697borgman.html
This was from when the riverfront running track was still in place, before the stadiums were built. Would of made it alot nicer to watch those Bengals games back then.[:D]
Missed that one, thanx…
Sooner or later he’ll zing the bridge issue.
I get an almost daily chuckle from Borgman’s “Zits” comic strip and I occasionally browse his editorial panels. I wonder if this particular cartoon had the intent of commenting on the “Bungles” defense or lack of same at the time. (I remember in the nineties having to listen to co-workers in my employer’s Dayton office whine about how bad Cincy was doing on the gridiron.)
THAT"S A REAL FUNNY ONE YOU GOT THERE[:D][:D]
The comic strip is even funnier when one of Jeremy’s peers lives with you.
Jay
That comic reminds me of the old movie Brewsters millions were the train came thru the outfield.
i remember the track along the river by riverfront stadium.I do like the bengals football team but i do not like how the ownership has treated the people of cincinnati($$$$).
stay safe
Joe
I forgot about that one.
Yes the Bengals got a sweet deal. Oh by the way the lead county comissioner at that time who pushed hard for the Bengals stadium, now works for them. He didn’t stand a chance of being re-elected.
LMAO!!! Thats a good one
I always tell people that ZITS is actually about our family, with two younger brothers added to the mix. Not only do I act and dress like the dad, I look like the dad!.[;)]
