Musings on my 75th birthday

OK! All together now.

And many more!

73

Happy birthday to ALL of our birthday boys!!

Ray, I had to think about this one for a minute or so but I got it. I’m so proud… [^]

Happy Birthday Art![:D] I always looked forward to photos of your progress.

[bday] Congratulations. Just 25 more to the big triple digit…

Your modeling has been an inspiration, to me and others. I’m still about 26.5 months behind your curve, and we’re both living proof that old dogs CAN learn new tricks!

And to all the other birthday celebrants, [bday] Isn’t this hobby great, to have so many wonderful people in it. You even have the decency to put up with a grumpy old Master Sergeant…

Art,A belated birthday.

I turn 62 last February and thought of my “misspent life” modeling trains.

But…

I wouldn’t change a thing because in this hobby you learn something new on a routine bases.

Art, it is hard to believe! It cannot be true! Not that you turned 75, that easy. The fact you built your layout in only 5 years!

Happy Birthday to all of the Model Railroaders!

[bday] Happy Birthday!

I’m glad your layout accually works (unlike mine, which is a 1x6 foot quick tack-together)

As always, if you have any more questions, feel free to come.

Happy 75th

My 74th is coming next month and my wife’s 75 next week

Wish I got as much accomplished on my basic type layout as you have on yours

I am envious

From the looks of the pictures of your modelling, Tyler, I would say you and Art are both on the same end of the spectrum, and if you and me are really, really, really lucky some day we might be 75 years old and holding the Thanksgiving family dinner in the middle of a layout.

Sorry to be late on such an important occasion, Art… but I’ve just now checked the forum.

You’ve got me beat by three years, my friend*… Keep Going* !
