Hi!
Wow, I just realized that my last posting on this Forum was number 1,000. That number sure built up quickly, especially over the last six months or so.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you all - for sharing your knowledge, advice, opinions and good words in general. I have learned a lot, and conversely tried to share my experience and knowlege with others as well. Frankly, this Forum means a lot to me, and I suspect I am not the “lone ranger” in that regard.
You all have helped in giving “new life” to my MR experience. And, you have swayed my opinion and viewpoint on several MR issues, convincing me to:

demo my 15 year old layout HO layout that was no longer fun to me, and to design & build a new and improved layout.

to give DCC a shot - something that 8 months ago I swore I would never do.

to try “new and different” (to me) methods, like using caulk for attaching roadbed, better yard design configurations, etc., etc., etc.
Anyway, its been my pleasure to be a part of this Forum, and I look forward to many years to come!
