My first home made trees

I posted this in the layout section, not sure if its ok here too, if not then delete

I was over at Michaels, and bought a bundle of grapevines… and a package of something they sell called super moss. its a little greener and the leafs (if moss had leafs…) look more leaf like… well…see for yourself. My layout is barely a layout now…just some track, roadbed…and some plaster cloth mountains in the background…im sloooooooooowly making this layout…which from what im reading is how you need to do it…but I stopped from building the mountain to making 2 trees to see how it looks…what ya think? BE HONEST heheh

they came out great looks like a few people taking a break under them

looks like you got the size just right

you need to check out super trees there great I have a few bags

Ken

Ken, your photo didnt come out for some reason, but I would love to see it  I want to try super trees, I have their catalogs on order and looked at their online catalog. I will get a batch of them as my layout progresses… im still in the styrofoam, hydrocal, plaster cloth stage now hehehe oh and the going broke as I spend every last spare dollar on anything trains stage

drools wish my trees looked like that

no photo webshots is the pits can anyone see it ??

Kenny

Ken,

Webshots has some weird security setup; when I tried to click on an embedded link, I got this error message: “HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden”. So I pasted it into another browser window and it displayed perfectly.

I would strongly recommend Photobucket, that’s what I use and I’m quite pleased with it.

vulcan whats that call screener you use

your photos are fine

K

The Call Screener is some software I wrote and sell to Radio and TV stations…It is used for talk shows so a producer/screener person can screen calls and then send info concerning the caller to the talkshow host over the network. It also communicates to the phone systems that radio and tv stations use so the producer and talkshow host can see who is on hold, what line is on the air, which ones are screened, ringing, caller ID, and times as far as how long on hold, etc. Just one of the many things I do in my spare time…right now…TRAINS are consuming all time heheh

thats cool ’

great to have you on MRR

here is one more tree

wth photobucket

thanks guys
