I am in the process of collecting stuff from ebay to build a new layout in gargraves. picked up a bunch of track and a few GG switches. today my first pair of Ross switches arrived. I am in awe of the workmanship and detail. they blow away the GG switches in every aspect. the train rolls across them silently, unlike my post war lionel stuff. I just want to thank all who recommeneded them to me in an earlier post.
Another positive thing about Ross switches is that the switch motors are easy to replace and easy to find, if you are using the DZ1000, on line at the Ross website www.rossswitches.com

I had a Ross five speed bike when I was a kid. It had a long banana seat and a shifter on the breaker bar. Loved that bike…
