Got home from work today and found a shiny new Williams PRR Turbine waiting for me on the porch
I’m pretty impressed, it’s very crisp and smooth-running, and seems to have about the same heft as my postwar 671. I got it from Ma&Pa Junction (ordered on Monday night and it was here already on Thursday!)
Awesome, glad it runs well for you. Williams is a great company, and you can’t be there prices either. I actually just ordered myself a Williams hudson and can’t wait to take her out for a spin. Good luck with the turbine[:)]

I’m Pennsylvania green with envy! Good luck with your steamer!

Congratulations on buying a Williams locomotive!
I have five Williams locomotives in my collection of O guage engines, all pull very well.
The 671 S-2 Pennsy should pull around 26 frieght cars before having trouble with pulling too many, the GP-9 should pull about the same amount. To be honest with you the only problem I have had with Williams is their frieght cars or caboose, the frieght cars need to be near the back of a train if being used with Lionel or MTH. On the caboose the little plastic windows fell out.
Lee.
