Wow, that’s some nice work! I hadn’t seen this thread before so it was very cool to look through all these paintings! They really capture the railroads and the surrounding scenery!

The original painting in this thread, “Steel And Steam”, is amazing. It is not incedibly realistic, but the fantastic colors and presentation capture a feeling and atmosphere that is simply beautiful.
It is my favorite of the examples.
