My local LHS is closing down after 40 years, I was able to pick up this backroom find for $25. It appears to work ok, will need rewiring and a good cleaning.
It looks like a cream painted shell with metal doors, 1949 model I think.
Neat piece. The metal doors indicate that it is a first generation car. 1949 seems about right. Have fun with it.
