Unfortunately, the camera flash washed out some of the colors. I had a lot of help from this forum on scenery ideas and I more or less, more rather than less, followed through with them. The ground cover is Arizona Rock & Minerals Earth, sifted paver sand, WS clump foliage, lichen, desert plants. The figures are Life-Like. Unfortunately, I can’t find any more of those HO scale painted Herefords. The structures are all Walthers Cornerstone. Thanks everyone who contributed to the ideas for this part of my layout.
A very moo-ving scene!
I wonder if you can get 1:87th of the stockyard smell as well [:S]
I like the ice blocks, too.
The iceman cometh!
(and with very shiny clothes, too [;)])
If there was a way to get 1/87th of the stockyard smell, I would pass.
That whole scene looks pretty good to me. I do wonder about the 1:87 smell, though it would be interesting, I doubt it would be a big seller.

It wasn’t - A far-away message board thread discussing Mikros Olfactory Air - Not sure about the Stockyard smell, but there are images of bottles of the Pine Trees Scent (#704) on the web, so there was actual product offered for sale.
Bearman, things look good on the module, but it seems your layout is set in the 1940s/1950s and not the 1970s - so give that Ice Platform worker a shot of dull-coat and turn his Shiny Blue Lamé Disco Jump Suit into a pair of 1950s Workman’s demin overalls…
