Well I finallyhave some intereting things to post.
The last couple of days I have been working on my Kaslo Shop SDL39. I know I have had it since September but I also purchased a PS3 around the sametime to. The Playstation got all the attention until night time then I did a little work on the SDL39. I then bought a new pin vise and Drill bits due to I couldnt find them, And then I lost those and recently found them this past Sunday evening like 1159pm.
Monday: I did some drilling and glueing of grab Irons.
Tuesday: Drilled out the Truck side frames so they would fit on the trucks, built the air brake cylinders and glued them to the trucks frames. I then Installed the jack pads which was interesting to do I never had to do that before.
Wednesday: I went to the train room for the first time for about 1 month. I started to clean up and realized I bought too much stuff. I did some fixing of rolling stock, and I tested out my SDL39 motor and Loksound decoder. I have to say one thing about the decoder It rocks. I love the bell the horn, the power up the power down the Mile post voice, everything sounds wonderful. Now I’m glad I got another Lok sound decoder for my shay I have to install that sometime.
Also in the previous weeks before this I built some Bowser Milwaukee Road Covered Hoppers for my cement factory…
I have no pictures of anything yet but planning on it this weekend.
