Hello folks. i am trying to reaserch a loco built in the USA by Alco (i think but it might have been baldwin?) around 1927 (again - i think!!) for export to China. i believe they made 7 of them but again i am not sure.
What i am really after is a set of drawings. does anyone know if the drawings from Alco still exist anywhere? I dont really do US railroads so i have no idea where to even start with this.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.

You might want to try on the Trains Magazine forum. Might be some retired railroad workers that might know.

If I remember I will look it up in my Baldwin book “History of the Baldwin Locomotive Works” by Fred Westing. It pretty much covers everything built by Baldwin.
