N scale 1950's truck auto hauler/car question

Guys,

This is something I saw in the latest issue of MR Crafftsman…don’t worry! I also bought a MR. On the N scale California based layout featured in the magazine, I saw a N scale Southern Pacific 1950s era streamlined type auto hauler piggy-backed on a flat car in one of the pics. This hauler contained what looked nicely detailed 57 Fords, I’m sure they are not the '59 Ford newly offered by MiniMetals. These didn’t seem like the less detailed kits with solid body castings (no window glazing, etc.)

Any ideas where to find these or who might make them? (I’m a Ford fan and cars are my other hobby!) ----Rob

These may be some of the MiniMetals now sold at some WalMart stores. I haven’t seen any at my WM yet. They s/b about $2.00. While at WM you may find the last runs of the Norscott Construction Minis, Tanks, or other products.
