Some of my equipment have trip pins that hang on switches due to incorrect height. I am somewhat bothered by health limitations when I try to adjust the trip pins. ( My hand shakes.) Does someone make a tool or have an idea of how to make this adjustment without breaking the coupler. Thanks for your help.
Kadee/ Mirco trains makes a thing that looks sorta like a pair if pliers, on part is round and the other concave, is used for just what you need to do… I usually use a small needle nose with 1 side on the pin and the other on the plastic part of the coupler and push the pin up … I deal in N scale and it works good this way , not sure about HO
