I am working on the rural scenery and need to put in some fences. I have some very fine copper wire salvaged from and electrical relay that could pass as barbed wire but I was hoping for something that looked like woven wire fencing. Does anyone know of anything?
In another area I have a pen and loading chute to load cattle onto railroad cars. The pen needs to have wooded board fencing. I have the posts and bracing in place but I am dreading cutting and trimming tapered flat toothpicks into enough boards for a COX scale foot pen. Does anyone have an easier way?
I have all the material except the Radio Shack bus-wire, they don’t make it any more. I just need to get the project into my must do list. Looks pretty good.
Do you have an LHS nearby? I’d just buy scale lumber from Northeastern Scale Lumber. You still have to cut the pieces to length, but no cutting tapering toothpicks.
I was also worried about the looks, but fortunately my girlfriend picked it up one day, I had shown here the article and said I need to make a trip some day and get the veil, instead she suprised me with it, she has a habit of doing those girly things to me all the time[8D]
