N scale helix question

Using N scale Kato Unitrack, will a helix of 15" radius track at 2.5% grade be possible?

I’m planning a transition era layout with steam and diesels.

I should have done a search prior to posting this question.

Looks like I need to use about a 22’ radius for my helix.

Agree?

That sounds about right. 22"r should yeild around 2%, depending on how thick your sub roadbed is.
