n scale low profile steel wheels

anyone know if they are available? i looked on microtrains web but didnt find them. i know plastic ones are available, but i have not found any steel ones…thanks

If you need some for microtrains trucks, make sure it says for microtrains trucks. They are different. The microtrains wheelsets are shorter.

As mentioned above, Microtrains trucks use a shorter, by about .020", axle.

Intermountain makes really nice metal wheels sets for Microtrains and other trucks.

Part #650050 is the longer axle version. Part #650052 fits Microtrains trucks.

I’ve converted most of my rolling stock and am well pleased. They have a nice tarnished finish.

Intermountain Trains also make code 55 metal wheelsets. Make sure you get microtrains sized sets or they will NOT work!
