Going through some stuff recently, I stumbled across a couple of new Minitrix right hand curved switches.
Are theses things any good to use?

Hmm… They’re probably ancient artifacts. You’ll probably have to set them up with some test track and a power pack to make sure there’s power through the frog to the frog end. I know older Atlas switches tend to die at the frog over time.
My recommendation is to buy higher-quality track (Peco, Atlas C55, Kato Unitrack) etc. for reliable operation if you can afford it. You’ll save yourself some serious frustrations in the long run if you go with quality track up front.
