N Scale Model of Southern #4501?

I’m building a layout of Norfolk Southern in 1992, so I’m going to include the steam program. I’ve already got a model of Norfolk & Western #611, so now I’m looking for a model of Southern #4501. A friend has a model of it in N Scale, but he has no idea what brand it is or when it was made. I’ve looked all over and I can’t seem to find a model either. Does anyone know who made a model of #4501, when it was made, and if it’s still available? Thanks if you can help!

AFAIK, #4501 is a fairly basic USRA Light Mike. Kato makes a really nice Mike, and that’s probably what your friend has. A green paint job (which 4501 never wore in regular service) should do the trick…

Southern #4501 was built in 1911 and is therefore not a USRA Mike.
