KATO offered these in the past and may produce them again. Models may be found on resale sites. Here’s a handy Google search on your topic.
I would have thought Rapido, as they have tons of New Haven stuff in N and HO. However, I see New Haven RDCs only in HO…at least it appears to me to be HO.

Yeah, they’ve done the Osgood-Bradley passenger cars but not the RDC in N - yet!
