Hello all. A while back I copied a link that someone posted on here for making roads for their layout using the 1/16th inch think craft foam. Here is the link:

I am getting ready to do some roads on my layout and I wanted to try this method, but unfortunatly the link is a dead link now. Does anyone know of a new address for this website or happen to have saved the writeup? I would really appreciate it any help on this.

Well that was certainly easy enough. Thank you very much. I liked the ideas on how the author made the road and I was all set to use his site and oops, wasnt there. Thank you again pcarrell. I appreciate the help.

I followed the link you gave me above. In his article, he says he uses a plaster to coat the road surface. Do you have any idea what kind of plaster this is and how thick of a coating? I emailed him at his site a week and a half ago and have not recieved a response. thanks again for your help.

Never mind. Just heard back from him, my email got lost in his system. He has used a plaster of paris for the plaster coating
