I have been looking around for N scale decal sets, specifically for the PS-1s. Unfortunatly this indevor has been completly unsucessful. I was wondering if anyone knew if there were some sets out there somewhere, or more realisticly, some general purpose sets that i could use. The problem i have seen is finding the yellow and green in the kind of roman fonts. I am going on the assumption that i can do the green part of the gateway logo with just masking.

They don’t list Rutland under N scale freight, but they have a sheet in the passenger list that might do what you want. It is shown with gold text, but they could probably print it in green.

Could you find a set in HO and resize them, then have them printed on decal paper? Not sure of copyright laws, but if you are not using them for items to sell, I doubt there is a problem.
