Bachmann has announced an N scale S4 with DCC on board. If it is as good as their new DDA40X, 44 and 70 ton locomotives it will be a great addition to the available N scale fleet. They have a December 2012 shipping date. Here is the link. It is a little over half way down the page.

That’s a model some N scalers have been looking forward to. With Bachmann quality continuing to improve, this sounds like an attractive model.
I’d bet the chassis will be very similar to the N scale 70-tonner. Anyone know what the possibilities are for a conversion to HOn3?[8-|]
