Maybe we can get them to do a CG, CH or C-3 later if we give them the support.

AMB http://www.laserkit.com/laserkit.htm has offered a CF kit for awhile now, the N&WHS Commissary http://commissary.nwhs.org/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/ecomm_prod_snaps/model_CF_caboose.html?L+ecomm+ddrm6883+1120788537 stocks them. In addition Model Railroad Warehouse http://www.mrrwarehouse.com/ has announced CF, CG,& CH cabins.
PCM is copying on this one, like BLI did to ECW on the H2a.

Copying or not…I will be more interested in one by PCM than the kit from AMB and definitely more interested in it than what I’ve seen from Model RR Warehouse. Almost any injection modeled item is better looking than a wood kit or a flat mold kit.
Copy or not…do you REALLY prefer the ECW H-2a over the BLI version? The ones I had didn’t go together all that well and still needed a lot of extra details, trucks, couplers, paint, decals…no comparison between the two. By the time I bought all those things to build a substandard car I had spent more than the BLI car so why bother?
I don’t understand why BLI wants to do the N&W canteen for such a high price though.
