I heard on a news website that Nafta rail is from the consolidation of KCS and others. Is sounds to me like KCS was merged into Nafta rail is this the case?
KCS, was marketing themselves as NAFTA Rail, and painted that on the side of one locomotive. That theme seems to have died. They have renamed TFM as KCSdeM (KCS of Mexico). and have begun relettering TFM’s locomotive. NAFTA Rail does not exist as a Corporation.
That’s good! I would have been pretty angy had yet another railroad been added to the fallen flags list.[:)]
