Sure looks like an ALCO FPA4 to me.
Somebody heard.
FPA4 No. 73 is actually a product of Montreal Locomotive Works (MLW) licenced by Alco to make its locomotives in Canada.
But apparently no one proofread the rest of this posting.

Seriously, people. Grammar is important.
Correct grammar? What is that? In Oregon, we have TV people speaking of busted windows that might cost fifty bucks to repair.
