Writing about the service I received from NCE.
I have an NCE Power House Pro radio DCC system about 2 years old, a couple weeks ago I laid my throttle on a shelf by my layout and managed to knock it off and broke the radio antenna base from the board in the throttle.
I emailed NCE told them what I did and Larry from NCE told me to send it in and they would repair the throttle FREE, no charge, not under warranty either. I had to pay shipping to NCE $4.36 and that was all, NCE repaired the throttle and paid shipping back.
NCE received my throttle on Monday 9/25/06 and I had it in my hand on Thursday 9/28/06.
Now that is service my friends.

Its good to see that there are still people who will go out of their way to keep customers loyal. The new radio entena and the labor to service it probably cost NCE $15.00. But the fact that you came here and told everyone about it worth Thousands of dollars of good PR.

I hope they service my unit that quickly! They got it 9/28/06 and havent heard a word from them. Kinda hard to run a train with out the command station.

I would call them to follow up. As convient as email is, personal contact by phone is always the best, (emails can get lost or deleted).
I called Larry at NCE he said they are slammed but the finished all they need to do on the smart booster so that is good news atleast.
