NCE PowerCab Pgm on the Main

I want to change some CVs using the program on the main capability of the NCE PowerCab. I am using PSX1 circuit breakers on the layout. My question is do the programming jumpers on the PSX1’s have to be in the program mode or the operations mode? Thanks!

If you’re programming on the main, the PSX settings should be in Operations Mode.

If you are programing the PSX breakers then yes you do. If you are programing a locomotive then no.
