Does the NCE Powercab come with everything to fully operate a layout? In the ads it just looks like a throttle for 179$. If it is a command station, power source, and throttle for 179$ then that is pretty good! I doubt I am right though, can someone verify this please?? Otherwise, im prob gonna go with the Prodgidy Express. Thanks, Bennett
I believe everything is there

I just installed a Power Cab this past weekend and it comes ready to go, everything is there except the decoders. You won’t be disappointed. This is a quality product that is very user friendly.

Go to the manufacturers websites and read the manuals on how to program and get started, it was a bit intimidating to me. This will help you make a better decision.
The ProCab comes with power supply, panel connector, and the throttle is the heart of the system.
