Neat New Building material...

Hey Gang,

I recently found a product called Building Blocs from Model Rail Structures they are 1/4"w x1/2"l x 1/8" thickness and stack like real bricks.

You can see them at: http://www.modelrailstructures.com/buildingblocs.html

I threw this wall together a couple of nights ago while I sat and watched TV and then decided to make a small diorama to get a better over all look at how it was going to work. The whole project took me perhaps three hours.

This wall was made with the 3/32 Granite Fast Stack Building Blocs.

This is the first piece of scenery I have ever tried to put together and the pics aren’t all that great, but fire away anyway.

Peace.

yeah i saw these blocs earlier today while browsing that site… they looked neat and its good to see they worked out so nice for you!! a pack may be in the works for me soon!

Neat! Sort of reminds me of a construction kit I had as a kit. You mixed this plaster-like material an put it in the included plastic brick molds, and made dozens upon dozens of bricks. Which you then glued together to build whatever the structure was - the one I had was a gas station if I recall correctly. Kind of like Legos except you had to make the bricks, not just assemble them.
