Need a Building Idea for Passenger Station

I’m building a large passenger station (loosely modeled on Union Station in Chicago) and have room for one more trackside building in the yard area. I already have station platforms, a diesel refueling pad, water tower, sand tower, REA Express building and passenger car washer. What else would make sense to include? Would a LCL facility be found near a passenger station or only a freight yard? Any and all ideas welcome.

I guess a commissary might be in order. Gotta stock those diners somehow.

It is not uncommon to see bus terminals associated with passenger train stations.

Perhaps Greyhound, Trailways, and/or a local bus company?

You might include a power house for supplying steam heat to the station and passenger cars between runs.
