Looking for S-Gauge enginehouses and roundhouses. Can’t seem to find any. Am I missing something???
I know Port Line Hobbies carried a Roundhouse. I just checked their Website and couldn’t find it, but you could contact them and ask. WebSite below.

I might also suggest that you look at O-scale narrow gauge enginehouse kits. The structures are are, on average, smaller than their standard guage counterparts. I have a twin bay enginehouse on my On30 that with minor modification could easily house my AF Atlantic. But not anything much larger.
You can also take a look at this offering; it comes in “O” and in “S”.
My son had most of the Thomas wooden railway pieces, including the roundhouse and the engine shed. Might be worth a look, if for no other reason to use as a template…
Lehigh Valley Models has a number of S Scale structures including a two stall engine house. These kits are made from wood and card stock with metal /plastic details. Most are easy to modify to suit your own tastes. I have build the engine house and it is a fine looking structure. Their sand house and water tank look good with it. I’m still working on their coaling tower.
Sounds like others probably have a better solution, but just to throw another into the pile: Have you looked at Lionel’s Trolley Barn that was in some recent catalogs? It is on the smaller size, and depending on your specific need, may work. As I recall, it is some kind of Traction company.

Thanks for all the great Ideas.
