Need a S scale early camper please

I have been looking for an early ('40’s - 50’s) camper for my scale layout. The old teardrop camper would be great or an airstream type. There have been a few on ebay over the past year or so, but they go crazy high. Does anyone know of a retailer that would have one?

I don’t think it would very hard to scratch build an old tear drop camper.
