need help in removing shell of BLI SW9

Before I break something…I think that I can see a wire jambed between the rear truck and the frame,that is limiting the swivel of the truck and causing the engine to derail on 24" radius curves (both foward and reverse,with the engine facing left or right)

It would be a great help if they included disassembly instructions other than just the exploded view

I’d be interested in this answer too. I just bought a NW2 last week.

I think it all depends on the stock #
It seems that the engine that I bought came with the up-graded chip.I would suggest that you call Tony’s Train Xchange,I’m sure that they could answer the Question
