Wondering if anyone knows where I would be able to buy a model engine. Kind of like when we were younger they had model cars you can put together. My daughter wanted to do one of a railroad engine; however, I have searched and searched and have not been able to find anything. Any help would be much appreciated.
Are you aking about a plastic snap-together kit, or an operating model locomotive?
Snap together – I think Revell makes (made?) some… maybe a hudson and one other loco.
Operating – Bowser* makes some really nice models, but they’re pretty involved.
*this assumes HO Scale (I model in HO). If you’re in another scale, someone else will be able to help you better.

This is just the top 10 of 140 thousand websites related to Revell Hudson Locomotive google search.
None of those webpages are trusted by me, but… they are illustrative of what can be done with the right search terms on the internet.
There is no such thing as search and search and not finding anything in today’s internet. These links were dug up in a few moments time.
Thanks for your help. Yes I was talking about the snap together kit. She is not quite old enough to have an actual model railroad yet. I appreciate the replies thank you.
