Need Help With JMRI

I have a digitrak system with a pr4 running windows 10. The pr4 is hooked to the programming track only. On some locos jmri will get all the information other it will not when i go thougt the list and select one it may add the address or some number if i go into progamming and chang nothingit will change numbers, direction with out me doing a thing. I had to remove jumpers on some locos to reset them tp factory. I get error codes 302,306,308, can’t find decoder,busy. I have tryed uninstalling jmri using the uninstall and using windows uninstall not getting a clean uninstall when i reinstall ver 4.10 ever thing is there. The roster and the same problems. How can I start completely over. also how when you secect a loco in the roster you get back into the programming mode.

I hope somebody out there can help me.

Never used JMRI and I can’t help you at all but I will reply to bump your post to where someone might see it.

I’ve not seen reference to jumpers on locos. What decoders are you talking about?

I have it, but I don’t have much experience using it. I still use the DT400 to do most of what little programing I do.
