My grandmother sent me a photo of her grandfathers half brother standing next to a steam loco. All she knows is that he worked for the Canadian Pacific and that he was a signalman until an accidant crippled him. He then changed careers and became a drayman. He is listed in the 1910 census as a drayman so The photo has to be pre 1910. She would like to know a general time that the photo was taken and also what type of loco it is. His name was W.D. Evans and he is the short guy in the dark suit.
