Need info on HO Mantua 2-8-0 & tender 328

I just picked up a few ho scale items at a garage sale. I am an o scaler so I am not familiar with ho stuff. I acquired 3 pieces a 2-8-0 locomotive that reads n.y.o. & w 210 on the side but it looks as though original marking was removed and this one applied. It looks to be very detailed, has a headlight and the smoke staqck looks like maybe it smokes, does anyone know. I dont have track or power to test it. It is an older type of loco, like a switcher but behind the cab there is an extra piece almost like another boiler, bell is located behind where the engineer would sit. loco also has a wire sticking out the back, looks like to connect to tender.

This piece is a tiny short tender that reads n.y.o.& w and the number 24. the tender is made out of metal and is heavy for its size. looking underneathe it I could see there is a motor inside, and a drive shaft extends out of the front of tender as well as a wire, what is this motor for? does the drive shaft power a engine, is it a whistle motor? the bottom reads mantua 328.

The last car is another tender with only a w emblem on the side, it is longer then the other tender and has a silver metal handrail.

Any info on these cars would be greatly apreciated such as age, price quote, what the wires are for or what the tenders motor is used for. a link to an info site would be great as I had no luck in finding anything. Thank you all in advance
