I’ve been busy building a 1:29 scale 89’4 flat car.
I have sizes and basic photos but can’t finad any under body shots.
can someone take a couple of photos of the under side of your Walthers car and post it for me,PLEASE.
I suddenly for got the name of it.[:(]
AH!!! Its called a channel side. Walthers produced it.

The underframe, brake rigging and piping shouldn’t be that different than any newer centerbeam or bulkhead flat. Do you have one to copy the details from? I don’t know how exact you want to be, a bit of modeler’s license might be in order here.

the centerbeams I do have one photo that shows fairly well.
these flats I had not even a clue.
We don’t have any 1:1 in town here for me to go look/see.
