Can somebody help me how to adjust my new Lionel UP (flag) Heritage engine? It comes factory put at engine #1 as the ID#,OK. So to try it out I ran it but idling it move but the revs don’t go up. It moves perfect and goes (everything works fine) but the sounds are at an idle. so I decide to give it a other ID# (83) Now it has the revs, but the Horn is very low. Thanks in advance. I do have the Legacy. Reuben
have you adjusted the volume control under the two fans?
