I went to go look at Andrew Martin’s track plan page at http://andrews-trains.fotopic.net/ and it looks like it is dead because of inactivity. If anyone knows how to contact this individual can you ask him to log back in so we can have this great resource back.

Got an answer to my own question:
“Andrew has asked me to pass this on to all the forums that I’m on. For those of you who used this in the past, it suddenly vanished from the Fotopic site and, despite multiple attempts to contact them over an extended period, he has been unable to get any sensible reply. He has started to rebuild it at a new address - some designs are on line, more - including new ones - will be added over the next few days. I have incorporated elements of two of these designs into my current layout. These are excellent designs and it’s good to see the gallery is being re-established. Highly recommended.
