Need to find structures that are supposedly "retired" or no longer available through Walthers

Does anyone know a model railroading store or other entity where I can find the HO Superior Paper Company and the HO Water Street Freight Terminal kits? I have google and yahoo both structures and have struck out. I need both of these Walthers structures for my layout.

I couldn’t find the Water Street Freight in HO…only in N scale.
