Neil Besougloff promoted to Model Railroader Editor

Kalmbach Publishing Co. announced today that Neil Besougloff, currently the Editor of Classic Toy Trains, will be the next Editor of Model Railroader, effective June 1. Current MR Editor/Publisher Terry D. Thompson will remain Publisher of MR and four other Kalmbach titles, but will now serve as a full-time publisher.
“Neil’s editorial experience and enthusiasm for model railroading make him a great fit for this position. He knows the magazine and the hobby, and he’s done a great job as Editor of CTT,” Thompson said. “I’m very pleased that Neil will be joining the MR team.”
Effective immediately, the company will begin a search for a new Editor for CTT.
