For those who might be interested, you can go to Athearn’s web site and sign up for a free e-mail newsletter that Athearn sends out at least monthly announcing their new products.
Atlas has the same feature available on their web site, and other manufacturers may follow suit.
i too am signed up for the athearn newsletter. i hope that SD40-2 logo is the powerbar(heritageIII) like the one in my sig. pic. the SD40-2 is one of my favorite loco’s of all time and combined with my favorite BNSF paint scheme… but how the heck can i wait till May 2006???
