Yep, They’re already running 150 car coal trains down to Convent, La. 23,000 tons with DP.
the proposed route is an easygrade one; trains will ‘start’ on a 1% downgrade and face only a short stretch of 1% upgrade to the summit, then 1% down to Tete Jaune Cache before hundreds of miles of 0.4% to the coast. 175 cars should be easy to handle.
