New frac sand plant opens in West Virginia
Does anyone see the irony of an energy company opening a frac sand plant in West Virginia? Do they think it’s an effort my Washington to hurt the coal companies? Or is it economics?
Isn’t fossil fuels energy? The company is named “energy solutions” after all.
