New GE AC Locomotive?

I was recently on the General Electric Transportation web site and noticed something interesting. On the GE RghtOnRails.com web site they list a GE AC9 locomotive. Does anyone know if this is a new Locomotive? There are no specs on it what-so-ever. I am a fan of the GE equipment, but to my knowledge there never existed a AC9 yet. Can anyone help?

I’m a big GE fan too. I havn’t heard of an AC9 either. Don’t say those power crazy people at GE are making plans for a 9000hp locomotive!!!
