There are posters from sea to shinning sea and Demay is in Japan. When you have a repair or purchase question, many times one of us knows exactly where to go with your question or repair. [#welcome]

Hi,
When you upload an Avatar image up using the Change Avatar function, it has to be a lower resolution image originally or an image cropped from a higher resolution image. They will not be able to easily process a high-resolution image.
